Comfort and Charm in Harlem Brownstone near Subway

We would like to share our Harlem brownstone with you. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, with access to a large backyard garden and patio. We are just north of central park, in a neighborhood full of restaurants and music, shopping and culture. There is great transportation access to all parts of New York city - 4 subway lines are a very short walk away; bus stops are even closer, and taxis and limousines pass by frequently. We donate a percentage of our fees to the Wild Bird Fund

Spacious and Lovely One Bedroom

The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. I hope my guest(s) feel like home in my place. I am present in the home with my guest(s) and I am ready to help with questions about NYC; transportation and museums etc.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Lovely 1 bedroom with Garden in NYC

Located on the Upper West side of Manhattan, commonly known as Harlem, the community has a strong multicultural and diverse presence. That influence is reflected in the neighborhood’s cultural institutions, shops, restaurants, and markets like Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Numerous parks and works of public art add to the allure while maintaining its community feel and charm with historic and landmarked brownstones, townhouses, and walk-up apartment buildings within tree-lined streets.

This place is for TWO people maximum . This is a very large and unique space. An incredibly quiet house on one of the nicest blocks in Manhattan. Its a very spacious (800 sq ft) home with an 800 sq ft garden /patio with right outside your bedroom door ! Despite the country-quiet, you are only 100 feet away from the subway which gets you in to the center of Manhattan in 8-10 minutes… I am always available to help as I live on the premises :) No pets allowed without consent.

Private apartment in a house with dedicated entry, near NYC. Bus stop is on the corner, ferry is a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of food options within walking distance. The apartment is a 1 BR, living room, full kitchen, and renovated bathroom. There is free parking just send me details of the plate ahead of time. Quiet and safe FYI it is an urban area if driving in take into consideration parking is difficult at times
