Spacious - Complete Renovation - Come see!! Our building is on an Island and on the beach! Our unit faces East or the Inter-coastal but the beach is just downstairs. Our 8 unit building is ‘On the beach. Downstairs we have a beautiful semi-private patio area surrounded by sea grape plants. We have a table and chairs, 16 beach chairs, kayaks and paddleboards, outside shower, gas grill, & a firepit for all to enjoy. Wonderful & quiet for families & couples. No smoking in the unit. No pets.

The large private balcony, which overlooks the private beach and community pool, has plenty of seating options for enjoyment throughout your day in paradise. Inside, a king bed, two twin beds, and a queen size sofa bed offer comfort and versatility. This condo features an updated kitchen, bathrooms, and styling throughout. Only a short walk or bike ride to the Don Cesar or several top beaches!

Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍

Amenities include an Exercise Room, Free Wi-Fi (5G ), secured entrance/elevator, Beach Front Pool, Pavilion w/ Gas Grills & Hot Tub leading to your Private Beach. Max 4-person occupancy is strictly enforced. NO PETS are allowed on the Resort.

"Jewel at the shore"feels like you are in a snug resting place, your own nest, very homey with a breath taking Gulf view from the balcony. The gulf is right outside your door along with a year round heated pool, great on cool winter days. The unit is stocked with things you’ll need; linens, towels, shampoo et., necessities for the beach, keurig and drip coffee, some pods to get you started. New balcony and sliders.
