This beautiful condo is perfect for families. It has three bedrooms upstairs. The sunroom on the ground floor provides bonus space to enjoy. This townhome is located in the village area of St. Simons, walking distance from the pier. The complex has beautiful grounds with two large pools and a baby pool, two tennis courts, clubhouse, stocked lake and community grills. The clubhouse has a ping pong table, washers and dryers and a small fitness area with limited workout equipment.
