Ligger i ett lugnt område på återvändsgata, bra pendlingsmöjligheter till Malmö och Lund. 3 sovrum med 6 sovplatser, möbleras med dubbelsängar eller enkelsängar. Fullt utrustad kök, vardagsrum med matplats, soffa och tv. Tvättmaskin & torktumlare 2 badrum Uteplats med stor sittyta, gasol, kolgrill och pizzaugn. Uppfart med plats för 3 bilar. I strävan efter lugn avstår vi vänligen från att vara värd för fester.

I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.
