Our luxury Shepherd hut is nestled in its own private walled garden. Once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit back, unwind in your very own garden which is approximately 1 arce! Be surrounded by a private wall, woodland and nature. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches. Why not take a dip in our natural lake!

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Dog Friendly Ground Floor Cottage with Shared Pool

What used to be a working farm has now been turned into its own little holiday village. Enjoy the home comforts of a ground floor, one bed cottage, which consists of a kitchen, dining & living area. The bed can be made into either king or a twin with a set bunk beds. En-suite bathroom. Within 10 minute walk of the popular Carsington Water. Dog Friendly cottage accepting up to 2 x dogs, a fee of £30.00 per dog is payable (not included in price). Please ask to see our dog rules prior to booking.

Set in 9 acres of peaceful landscaped gardens with wonderful birdlife - but only a few miles from the market town of Bakewell. Plenty of great walks from the house plus all year round indoor heated pool shared with Woodside Cottage - also at the same location.

The Coach House, Pitchford has been beautifully converted into the most unique, luxury detached self-catering holiday accommodation sleeps 4(+1 infant) with exclusive use of its own private en suite heated indoor swimming pool . Just 6 miles South of the County town of Shrewsbury, surrounded by unspoilt Shropshire countryside in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it provides a perfect base to explore the County, walk in the Shropshire Hills or just relax and get away from it all.

Dog Friendly Retreat

Set in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside in the village of Parkhead, between South Wingfield and Crich The property is an ideal base for walking, writing, climbing, cycling, exploring and relaxing. Lots of local walks Close to Crich Tranway and an ideal base for Chatsworth and Haddon The property is very rural with outstanding views across to South Wingfield Outside there is the use of an above ground pool during the summer and seating areas (closed Sept - mid May)

Boutique Retreat, Summer Pool, Peak District

Swallows Cottage is a peaceful Peak District retreat, two miles from Ashbourne, with a log burner and a rare private heated outdoor pool (June–August). Walk from the door to Dovedale and the Tissington Trail, or enjoy five acres of gardens with croquet, table tennis and a Wendy House. Inside are French antiques, original art, OKA furnishings, pure cotton linen and fibre Wi-Fi. Chatsworth is 30 minutes away. One small dog welcome. Summer pool dates book early.
