The Entire Coach House at Middleton Hall

Relax in this peaceful unique country home, either warm yourself by the wood burner or relax out in the garden, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the private Middleton Hall estate. The Coach House has been refurbished , with designer furniture, wall paper, hand painted murals on the walls, marble shower room, hypnos beds and an American fridge freezer. Beautiful historic country coach house in Staffs

Beautiful historic coach house conversion: The site was a coaching inn, where travellers changed their horses and stayed overnight. The main bedroom wing of the coach house was built in 1580 and the sitting room wing in 1740. The building was restored in 2018, and mixes rustic charm with contemporary design. We're 30 minutes from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from Shugborough, 40 minutes from Sudbury Hall, with its museum of childhood, and only 20 minutes from the museums of the Potteries.

If you don’t want to get in the car, walk along the canal into town (20 mins) for lunch or a glass of wine in the sun.

Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

Nestled away in the village of Youlgrave, in the heart of the Peak District National Park this newly renovated cottage is the perfect bolt hole for couples, friends and single travellers looking to get away from it all. It is a great place for walkers and cyclists with access to the Limestone Way, White Peak Way and the Alternative Pennine Way. There are three public houses which all serve home cooked food using local produce and there are two bakeries, a deli and post office.

For those wanting to explore further, the historic towns of Bridgnorth & Shrewsbury are within easy driving distance, Birmingham too can be reached easily by car or train.
