Surrounded by other houses and hotels, it is quiet and cozy, but litteraly next to anything you might want in Stalis. *Hospitality tax (8€/day) is already included in the price.

Villa Balcony is located on the mountainside of Pantanassa, next to the traditional village of Rodia. The location of the villa is very advantageous because it is located on the eastern side of the mountain and offers spectacular view of the whole city of Heraklion, the bay of Heraklion, the island of Dia and the Aegean sea. Also, due to the location of the villa, at night, the moonrise offers a beautiful and romantic view.
