Tucked away in the peaceful woods, we offer a place to relax and unwind. Start your day while enjoying your morning brew or an evening BBQ on the spacious deck. Kids and adults can enjoy games indoors and out while reconnecting. Visit local farmers markets then prepare in a generous kitchen. Want to hit the slopes Hunter, Plattekill,Windham all 30 mins away.

Cottage features a Hammock, backyard fire pit, private swimming hole, Trout fishing, voice activated speakers throug, full kitchen, two bedrooms with queen's and laundry.Surrounded by 200 acres of state land you're free to explore. Cottage is located in Hobart NY, the bookstore capitol of NY. 25 min to Plattekill Mountain ski resort, Belleayre Mountain Ski Center.

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.
