The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

This Red Roof Bungalow has recently been renovated throughout, it sits on a quiet road just outside the village. It has a large front garden, and fully enclosed back garden which is ideal for dogs and children. There is also a gravelled parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. It’s a straightforward, comfortable place close to the countryside and local amenities. The Machinery Shed

The Machinery Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite with a private enclosed patio area at rear.

The Annexe, Crick village

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. The Stable House, Park House 4 bedrooms

Park House is part of the west wing of The Stable House (our family home), a Victorian stable block built 1888, and converted into a family home in 1970. The house sits in 20 acres of garden, fields and woodland including a Victorian kitchen garden. It is completely self-contained and comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10; a large hallway, spacious kitchen, comfy sitting room and utility with separate toilet.
