It has a huge yard with old growth trees, yet it is only a 5 minute ride to Downtown Court House Square or Indiana University Memorial Stadium. A large front porch with festive lighting gives you a place to enjoy the view. We have taken special care to make Blue Lemon Bungalow extra comfortable and stylish. Well behaved pets considered.

It also features a fireplace, laundry facilities and front and back decks.

Located near the Monroe County fairgrounds & airport; this ranch-style house is a fun getaway for the whole family. While at the house, enjoy family time in great room or outside at the shared community pool. Shopping & Restaurants are a 10 minute drive; guests can get to IU campus, Memorial Stadium or the IU Health Hospital in 20 minutes, or Lake Monroe in 30 minutes!
