The Cottage consists of 2 large bedrooms, lounge featuring a log gas fire and fully renovated kitchen, featuring the old combustion stove. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Sitting on 40 acres sits a beautiful 3-bedroom purpose-built, self contained cottage with the Nine Mile Creek running through. Gorgeous views through the Creightons Creek valley can be seen all around the house. Double doors open from the large master bedroom onto your very own deck with a table for 2 to sit back and relax. The fabulous new kitchen means you can cook, but if thats not in your holiday plan there are great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.

Eppalock Hilltop Retreat is an Eco Friendly Tiny Home situated on 20 acres of secluded bushland in the Lyell State Forest. It boasts hilltop views of Mt Alexander and the Eppalock ranges where you will find an abundance of wildlife such as Kangaroos, Wallabies, Goannas and Lizards.
