One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Named after our first grandson, Damon's Hideaway is brand new construction (2023) that's designed to be unique and with a style all its own. We are former antique dealers and have tried to incorporate that interest in the whimsical decor. Whether desiring to kick back and relax or prepare a meal for a group, or both, this living space can easily accommodate. Unit has its own water heater and Climate Control System (AC/HEAT) conveniently located within 2 hours of San Francisco, Yosemite & Sacramento.

Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.

Our Tiny house is your home away from home! Centrally located, in the San Joaquin Valley. A two hour drive will get you to Yosemite National Park, San Francisco or Monterey Bay. Castle Air Museum is one mile away. If you're here on business, UC Merced and Mercy Medical center are a 10 minute drive away. Easy Freeway 99 access.
