The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

Sometimes in the summer the famous Tyne Bridge Kittiwake’s can be a little noisy.
