An outdoor enthusiasts dream with plenty of good fishing/kayaking ponds around Clear Pond, French Pond, Mud Pond, Long Pond, to name just a few. You're just 2 miles down the road from Five Ponds Wilderness area, with well over a hundred thousand acres of public land. Also, enjoy the ATV and Snowmobile trails. C8 and C5 trails are almost on your doorstep!

Electricity is powered from a propane remote start generator and water is sourced from our rain water collection system. Just minutes from the cabin, you'll find 3 gas station/convenience stores, 2 gift shops, two restaurants, a 9-hole golf course, ATV trails, 3 lakes, hiking trails (w/waterfalls) and so much more!

It's the perfect getaway to unwind- whether you're reading a book, enjoying a cozy fire, or simply soaking in the quiet beauty around you. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Experience the great outdoors with this cabin located in Fine,NY in the Adirondack Mountains. There is plenty to see and do. Take a day and go on the trails and see the water falls in the area. You can also take a day trip to long lake,crandberry lake or even head over to lake placid and to white face mountain. The possibilities are endless. Cabin is off grid but there is a propane heater in cabin and porta potty on property.

Enjoy the fall colors in the Adirondacks. After your first visit, you will want to keep coming back! Relax by the water, fish from the dock, and then have an evening bonfire. You will start to feel stress leaving as you drive up. Dock and boat slip included, and a public boat launch 100ft away. On the snowmobile trail system. Perfect for hiking, fishing, boating, exploring, or a work-cation. Kitchenette with sink, full fridge, microwave, indoor grill, crockpot, etc.

Captain’s Quarters at Water’s Edge

A sweet spot right on the lake/river in the heart of the far north Ny! Great space for a couple or single, whether for a long term stay or a short vacation! A good fit for elderly guests with the handicap whirlpool and 4’ shower. The main bedroom is on the first floor! There are also two private bedrooms upstairs. Amenities include WiFi, Ethernet, 58” Tv, full stainless kitchen with double oven, ice maker, and dishwasher! Swedish massage chair, kayaks, and more!

The Coop at Laing Family Farm

The Coop at LFF is a small and cozy cottage that sits on our 220 acre certified organic farm. It has a small kitchen and living area, bedroom and full bath. There is Roku TV and Free WIFI. Enjoy hiking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing the trails around our farm. Relax in the rocking chairs on the porch as you enjoy your morning coffee or stargaze at night.

Experience the beautiful Adirondacks in a rustic, yet cozy cabin. Dragonfly and River Rat are located on 9 private acres situated along the bank of the Oswegatchie River. There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
