In order to access the bathroom, guests will need to go through the Queen bedroom There is a wheelchair ramp, but it does not meet the criteria for ADA. Please note parking is tight, you may be assign one parking space or (free) street parking depending on several factors. NOTE: this is part of an up / down duplex and as such sound transfers. We have quiet hours and request guests show respect, but it is not perfect. Well behaved / quiet pets are permitted with prior approval.
