Avondale Bungalow

Avondale bungalow is located in the vibrant Lakeland village of Staveley within the Lake District National Park. The semi-detached bungalow is set within its own private garden and has off road parking . The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, and two bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin bedded room. Avondale is fully central heated and has a modern electric fire in the lounge. Well behaved dogs allowed.

Great fun stay in a secluded large garden with private outside area to open empty fields. *Newly renovated in November 2024. Includes full refit, underfloor heating & more! “Holly’s Hideaway” is a cosy snug cottage, with its own private courtyard space. Tucked away in the center of the vibrant village of Staveley. Directly from the door you can enjoy some of the best walks the Lake District has to offer. Staveley is a gateway to other towns and villages such as Kendal and Windermere via bus or train. Please note we allow a maximum of 4 guests including infants we only allow 1 small/medium dog per booking. (Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture)

Riverside Cottage with secure bike storage

Riverside Cottage is part of a historic 19th century terrace & affords views of Craggy Wood behind Staveley. The River Gowan runs directly outside and there are a variety of stunning walks from the front door. The cottage is conveniently just a stone's throw from a cosy pub with beer garden, a playground & all of Staveley's amenities which include a Spar, artisan bakery, gelato shop to list just a few. The cottage also has the benefit of having been recently updated throughout.

Country Cottage with Views 15m Walk to Pub

Ashes Cottage is a beautiful, bright, 17th century farm cottage with picture postcard views from every window. It is cosy, warm and full of modern amenities such as underfloor heating and a log burning stove. From the front door there are footpaths to Staveley village with its selection of pubs, cafes and shops. Only 15 minutes drive to Lake Windermere - it's a fantastic base to explore The Lake District. Afternoons on the patio watching the sheep are highly recommended!

Fellfoot Cottage in the Lake District

Fellfoot Cottage is a 19th century bobbin mill workers cottage in Staveley at the mouth of the Kentmere Valley, surrounded by stunning scenery. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a log burning fire, original floorboards and a window seat, leading through to a dining kitchen with a further log burning fire. To the rear is an outhouse and a detached rear garden. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and a family bathroom.

Quaint cottage Staveley Near Lake Windermere

A cosy characterful converted barn with its own enclosed garden & views towards The Howgill fells and Kentmere valley. Please note that houses are currently being built 50 yards away from the perimeter of the property. The cottage is spacious with high ceilings and a stunning large master en-suite with balcony. The Dales Way goes through the yard & gives access to numerous walks from the door. Lake Windermere is only four miles.
