For entertainment, the villa offers a widescreen LCD TV with an extensive channel package. Air conditioning and central heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year, while the villa is equipped with all comforts including a washing machine for general use and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The outdoor space of the villa features a private terrace with garden furniture and a breathtaking view of the Markermeer, just 10 meters away, where you have direct access to swimming.
