Great place for those wanting right on the outside of town. Magnolia Homestead does not allow gatherings of more than 5 people without prior approval. Our cleaning fee takes into account for 5 people, not 7-10. **We love hosting visitors and do not allow persons renting our home to host any type of “after party”, such as for groomsmen/bride

This lakefront property is perfect for a fishing trip, golf trip, couples retreat, family vacation, and more. This private 3-bedroom, 2 full bath sleeps 6 and is located above the garage. *Only accessible by stairs 3 flights of stairs. The Barn at Willow Oaks

When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!

Shiny was a custom heavy-duty portable dental office, converted in 2019 to a 500 sf Tiny by the builder host. Pet Friendly, cute & cozy. Lake Access to kayak, swim or boat. McAlpine Farm Experience with Goats Cows & more!

Miles from Oneonta, Albertville and State Parks. New construction completed in July 2024 to provide an AirBnB to those who love peace and pastoral settings. This dog friendly space features 1.5 acres of fenced pasture for your pet as well as a beautiful view of the pond, located on the other 37 acres of the working farm. You can walk a short distance to feed the goats, ducks and pigs in residence on the property. The cows and donkey are friendly, too, and may come to the fence to visit.

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

Lake Life - 4 BR Waterfront Home on Neely Henry

Life on the water is a unique sensation; the views, the sounds, the sense of peace. Our home is a 4 bedroom/3 bath escape right on the water with a boat launch, dock, charcoal BBQ grill. The interior has been stylishly updated and can accommodate up to 10 people. Two kayaks and two paddleboards can be rented upon request ($15 fee each for the duration of your stay). Get away from the stress and treat yourself to our serene lakeside retreat.
