This cozy, modern above ground 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom basement suite is bright and spacious and offers everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 70 inch TV w/ cable & Netflix, large sectional sofa with double pull out bed, Wifi, central air, in-suite laundry, quality linens with extra bedding. Lots of large windows which let in an abundance of natural light and a dedicated work space overlooking the backyard. Free parking. Private patio & smoking allowed outdoors.

Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No parties & no visitors.
