We're a seven minute drive to Gualala Point Beach, where one can park and enjoy a scenic, short 15 minute or 30 minute walk to the beach. "Gualala" means "Where The River Meets The Ocean." We are minutes away from the Gualala River - kayaking, The Gualala Arts Center, The Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Gualala Township shops, galleries, restaurants, and services.

Relax at the oversized window seats overlooking the ocean, share meals & stories with friends & family or step outside to explore many trails , just steps away from the house. Balina: ocean views, hot tub, pets OK, remodeled

Balina is a home on the meadow with ocean views. It is a beautiful location for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. You can sometimes see whales from the deck during whale watching season, which is why the house was named "Balina," Turkish for "whale," by a previous owner. The bluffs are a 5 minute walk from the house with close access to multiple beaches. We currently stay at Balina every other month ourselves, and we care about the condition of the house very much.
