The Palms Room is one of two rental units available at The Mink Building in Iola, WI. The Palms Room is designed to provide a restful retreat with little luxuries like cotton linens and live organic plants. The room includes a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee bar. The building amenities available to guests include: a full-size kitchen, racquetball court/yoga studio, sound bath, laundry, and lounge. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops and a wellness studio across the street.

* Extra sanitizing measures are in place during the COVID-19 Pandemic. * My place is cozy, clean, and quiet with all the comforts of home! It is located half way between the highway and downtown. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. Please be aware that a close venue has bands/music that can easily be heard when outside and the music may be heard when indoors. Three night minimum Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend.

This unit is located on the first-floor with a spacious bedroom, small sofa bed , full kitchen & living area.The unit has a shared laundry room.This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are strictly not allowed. Located close to the downtown and a quick 4 minute drive to Aspirus hospital and stores. It has a private entrance with door-coded doors. There are 3 steps to climb at the front porch. Off-street parking is available.
