A pool and entertainment area, along with an all weather tennis court and squash court, for the exclusive use of residents and guests, are situated close to the main entrance. The Marina is the safest place to be. Access is through a single access controlled gateway and is restricted to residents and guests. There is also a 24 hour security patrol. THE HOUSE HAS SOLAR.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful haven. Enjoy the spectacular Kowie River views from the time you arrive, and wake up to the sound of birds and a view of the Kowie River. We are centrally situated in this Gem of the Eastern Cape, halfway between Port Elizabeth and East London, aptly named The Sunshine Coast. Port Alfred offers stunning beaches , top notch coffee shops and family restaurants . Take a kayak up the beautiful Kowie River or book a sunrise/ sunset Barge Cruise.

The Best Exotic Frangipani Happy Beach Cottage

A 2 min walk to the Kariega River, slipway & lagoon. 5 mins stroll to the Kariega Blue Flag Beach, or to the village centre. Complete privacy in your own kitchen garden, and access to a large, treed, semi-private garden that is for your exclusive use. A gate and fence separates you from my garden. Ideal weekend getaway/longer stay for digital nomads, couples, solo adventurers, small families (double sleeper couch for 2 children), or simply peace & quiet to finish writing that book!

Amanzi - lovely house with views

Amanzi is nestled against the bushy hillside overlooking the tidal Bushmans River Mouth, where the river flows into the Indian Ocean. Watch the sun set from the deck, with the sound of the waves re-setting your internal clock and the wild birds chirping in the natural bush. Sandy toes and salty kisses - where memories are made!

Upper Deck

One of the best locations in Kenton with unrivalled access and views to the sea, lagoon and Bushmen’s River. This recently refurbished cottage and flatlet, with inverter for load shedding, is on popular Westbourne Road, with stairs leading to the lagoon right across the road.
