The ferry terminal, South Beach and North Shore are a 15 minute walk. Less than 3 minutes walk are shops, takeaways and also a castle. ASDA and various restaurants are 15 minutes from the property.

It is spacious enough to fit 3 to 4 guests.Great location and easy access to local amenities: 7-10 mins into citycenter on Lothian bus 30; 8 mins to Haymarket station on bus 2, 3,33,25. Bus 2 right outside the door takes you straight to the old town castle. Tram stop is nearby. Sainsbury, Aldi and McDonald's are round the corner. Only weekend free parking.

Excellent location, just yards from the Old Course. Golfers paradise. Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.
