A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. The Stable is a ground floor semi detached studio cottage situated in a private 40 acre estate with panoramic views of the Lake of Menteith, private covered porch, gas barbecue, freesat TV, DVD player, docking station and White Company linen. We have a corporate membership of Forrest Hills Hotel and Spa (c12 minutes drive from the cottage) which allows our guests access to their swimming pool, steam room, sauna and Spa and billiards room at no cost apart from individual spa treatments).

Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, stone/pine flooring and even a privy directly over the river below! Recently renovated. Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

Accommodation offers lots of charm dating back to 1731 it’s one of the oldest properties in Bridge of Allan. Located on the doorstep of the University and all the vibrance and facilities that it has to offer while being in a beautiful private setting. Perfect for lovely country walks, the village has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops etc. Bridge of Allan is a stunning Victorian Spa town and easy to tour Scotland from.
