Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Fabulous, spacious apartment (60 m2 for only 2 persons!) with a direct view to the amphitheatre and sea from living and sleeping area + a big terrace full of plants. PARKING good price, which is 3 min walk to the app. Location just next to the amphitheatre you will be in the center of the old town vibe. Just stones throw away you can find many restaurants and cafes.

Our house is located on the island Cres. You can emerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of untouched nature, breathing air flavoured by sea and mediterranean plants. This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Šarmantan stan površine 75 m² na trećem katu jedne od povijesnih vila Münz, smješten u samom srcu 3000 godina starog grada Pule. Stan se nalazi tik uz pulski amfiteatar, s parkom preko puta, svega korak od šetnice uz more te 5 minuta hoda do stare gradske jezgre. U blizini su željeznički i autobusni kolodvor, trajektna luka i brojne kulturne znamenitosti i turističke atrakcije. S balkona se pruža prekrasan pogled na luku, što čini ovaj stan savršenim izborom za sve koji traže mir i udobnost.

Apartman je kompletno renoviran, opremljen novim namještajem i sa detaljima kojima smo htjeli stvoriti ugođaj "kao kod kuće" U neposrednoj blizini su kafići, restorani, dućani, šetnica i strogi centar grada sa glavnom ulicom koja vodi do najpoznatijeg gradskog trga Foruma. .

New apartment in the Rab town

Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20). The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo which is located behind hotel Valamar Imperial, cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u nesvakidašnjem stilu. Gostima na raspolaganje nudi potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s perilicom suđa i pećnicom. Prostrani dnevni boravak sa smart tv-om, moderno opremljenu kupaonicu, te izuzetno udobnu spavaću sobu. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatni grijani jacuzzi za 2 osobe. Prva plaža udaljena je svega 10 minuta hoda. Kućni ljubimci su dopušteni.
