Split, situated on the most indented part of the Adriatic coast, is the most beautiful town in the world according to all of those who experienced its unique charm. City is filled with cultural and historical landmarks that live today in the unique symbiosis of tradition and modernity. This apartment is situated within administrative borders of the east part of city of Split, in city district Stobrec. The large sand beach, many sunbathing plateau, the clear and blue sea and the quality of domestic food make Stobrec a beautiful summer resort. We are just 6 km from Split (bus station near the house, buses leave every hour) and 300 m to the nearest beach. It's a sandy and blue flag beach located in the lagoon made by river Zrnovnica delta and Adriatic sea. It is over 400 m long. The beach is equipped with a life guard, facilities for the disabled, showers, children playground, sport facilities, food and drink facilities. There is no danger spots for pedestrians, while the beach is far away from motorways. This lovely 38 m2 apartment, in a newly furnished family house, is composed of: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV. In front of the Apartment there is a terrace overlooking the garden with table and chairs and a barbecue in the garden where you can enjoy your holiday. Parking place for your car in shade. Beautiful apartment with an amazing view over sea, mountains&city. Near Split and a few min by foot from beaches. Spacious, has: 2bedrooms, 2bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large private terrace&2 balconies. Fully equipped, new Climatisation, Wifi 300Mbps, smart TV, free private parking. Fits from 2 to 6pers. Just down our road (300m,~5min walk) there are several beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, café&bars, and a bus stop that connects directly Split old center with our neighborhood

The house is located in Stobrec,eastern part of Split.The old town and Diocletian's Palace are only 7km away.The accommodation is on 1st and 2nd floor of the house, combined into single apartment. It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned!

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
