Stay in our Lakeside Bungalow guest house, which has everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay—lake views, king size bed, Smart TV, private patio w/ firepit, & more. Enjoy fishing, paddle boating, & wildlife watching. We often see turtles, deer, great blue herons, geese, frogs, fish, & fireflies⚡️. Guest house shares one wall (kitchen wall) with main house. 2 friendly Pomeranians on site. A secluded nature getaway but still close to all conveniences! 10-15 mins away from Target, Walmart, etc

Nestled in the trees, Archimedes’ Nest at the Emu Ranch is the dreamy, romantic escape you’ve been searching for. 
This custom-built getaway was designed for relaxation and self-indulgence, complete with special amenities to make your stay comfortable and treetop and garden views from every window where you may catch a glimpse of the emu, turkeys, swans, and peafowl roaming below. The guesthouse is a studio barndominium on our 15 acre property, with dedicated parking and private entrance away from our primary house. Surrounded by woods and nature, you'll enjoy peaceful, quiet nights listening to soothing sounds of wildlife. Very private location to enjoy with fenced yard and fire pit. Located halfway between the historic town squares of McDonough and Covington. Close to Jackson Lake. Just 35 miles to Atlanta. Dogs welcome: Under 40lbs. Yard is small, so 1 dog max.
