Litet hus med egen bastu i Skärgården

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Totally 48 sqm split on lower floor with hall, master bedroom and bathroom, upper floor with living room, fully equipped kitchen and small bedroom with bunk bed. Sliding doors to balcony & terrace. Close to Tyresö castle & Tyresta National Park. Stockholm city only 21 km. Good public transportation.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Njut av makalös sjöutsikt från både spabad och tevesoffa och bli inte förvånad om ett rådjur passerar förbi. Eftersom värdparet själv ibland laddar batterierna här är köket fullutrustat och inredningen vald med största omsorg.

Welcome to our Small House with loft in a private area of the Garden. The house is spacious with living room, kitchen and bathroom at first floor and a loft with cozy feeling and queen size bed. High ceiling for lots of light and luxury feeling. Dining room with dinner table and outside two patios with chairs and table. Perfect for sun all day. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities such as microwave etc. Stereo, Tv and Wifi is available. Bathroom with washing machine and shower.

Dalarö, Stockholm Archipelago. Calm and beautiful.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a cliff overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Private beach, jetty and wood fired sauna . The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small cabin (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). The deck has a lounge, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm, 10 minutes from a shopping centre.
