Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Great house with a fantastic view over Lake Mälaren, situated on Stora Essingen, a beautiful area only a few kilometers from Stockholm city center. Have a morning swim in the lake followed by breakfast on one of the terraces overlooking the water. Take a bicycle ride to Stockholm city center to explore a beautiful and exciting town with excellent restaurants and night life. Enjoy a barbecue and watch the sunset from the house. Park your car just outside the house (free of charge).
