Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Bo i vårt trevliga lilla hus, nära storstad med idyllisk skärgårdskänsla. Här bor ni högt och insynsskyddat, storslagen utsikt mot Stockholms inlopp med båtar & kryssningsfartyg. Huset är äldre men charmigt. Kuperat område, bil rekommenderas. Uteplats vätter mot vattnet, här finns liten gräsyta med lekstuga & studsmatta för barn. I området finns badplats, natur, mataffär, buss i centrum 2km. Njut av ljud från båttrafik inpå husknuten & magiska solnedgångar när solen väl är framme. Välkomna!

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with 180cm bed. Bathroom with shower and compost toilet. Washing machine and dryer. Stockholm City 25 km

Ett modernt, välplanerat och välutrustat hus (från 2021) i två plan (38kvm) med havet utanför. Magisk utsikt genom generösa fönsterpartier i söderläge. Stor terass med tak och grill. Genomgående naturmaterial i avskalad nordisk stil som suddar ut gränsen mellan ute och inne. Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Intill havet med egen havsbadbrygga. Utsikten är enastående, havsutsikt väst, norr och öst. Huset är byggt maj 2023. Nära till vacker natur, bad, brygga för Waxholmsfärjorna och golf. I närområdet finns bad- & barnvänliga sjöar med sandstrand, Yasuragi, Skepparholmen, Långa Raden. En bilutflykt bort ligger Siggesta Gård (minigolf, fotbollsgolf, sagostig), Artipelag, Gustavsberg med Porslinskvarteren, restauranger, caféer. Vikingshill ligger vid havet i skärgårdens början.

Mysigt boende med havsutsikt 20 min från Sthlm

Vinterbonad sommarstuga med havsutsikt i naturskönt område i Mörtnäs med närhet till shopping. Ett charmigt hus byggt på 1920-talet på 48 kvm. Två små sovrum, kök, vardagsrum med matplats och braskamin, badrum med vattentoalett, dusch och tvättmaskin. Totalt finns 5 bäddar. Huset ligger på hyresvärdens 3000 kvm tomt med söderläge där du ser soluppgången över havsviken. Med ca 100 m till områdets egen sandstrand och badbrygga har du badrocksavstånd till ett dopp i havet!

Sky and Sea! Beautifully located holiday home on Ingarö with a fantastic view of Nämndöfjärden. A place for the whole family to relax. The living room consists of kitchen with dining area and sofas for socializing in front of the fireplace. On the terrace overlooking the sea there is a barbecue and dining area. Five beds in three bedrooms. 15 minutes to the sandy beaches around the Björnö Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from Slussen. Good bus connections.
