The Little House is the perfect place of you're looking for something Cozy, stylish, and close to everything that you need. This home was a fun renovation project for my husband and I. It's located in the family friendly Sunnyside Addition neighborhood and we've worked hard to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. This home has a beautiful fully fenced in yard with a neighborhood feel while still being less than a 5 minute drive from Downtown & Mayo Clinic Campuses!

Pet-Friendly 2-bedroom Close to Downtown EC

If you want to be in the heart of Eau Claire, this is the place for you! We're located in the Easthill and close to downtown, bars, restaurants, shopping, and all amenities. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is pet-friendly ($25 per pet)! There is a fenced-in backyard, toys, food/water bowls, and treats--perfect for your furry friend! There are 2 queen beds and 1 queen air mattress for the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests--there is a $10 per person/night fee above 4 people.

Come visit my little pink cottage by the river! Close to Historic Stillwater and Afton! Afton Alps Ski Resort is 8 minutes away! Tons of shopping, antiquing, cute little bars and restaurants and lots of hiking and trails! My cottage is perfect for girls weekends, bachelorette or shower weekends, and ski trips!
