Vinterbonat minihus i vår villaträdgård i lugna Älvsjö uthyres till max två vuxna för kortare vistelser. Huset har pentry med kokplattor, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, kyl med frysfack samt utrustning för enklare matlagning. Vardagsrummet har bäddsoffa för två personer och gratis Wifi samt TV med casting. Lakan, handdukar, kaffe/filter, te samt städning ingår. Mörkläggningsgardiner finns. Bäddsoffan har en extra madrass för bästa sovkomfort. Gratis parkering för en personbil. Varmt välkommen!

Small basement studio in house, 15 min from city

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The bed is 140 cm wide. Equipped kitchen. The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets allowed. Welcome.

Welcome to our newly built tiny house! This house is perfect for a family with two kids or if traveling with friends. You sleep in a separated bedroom area (80+80cm bed) and loft (80+80cm bed). There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
