You will love my beautiful semi-detached house. A stylish living area leads to a kitchen/diner & french windows open onto a spacious garden. Upstairs is a double bedroom, a second bedroom with sofabed, and a family bathroom. Free parking is available in the front driveway & on the street. Supermarket, post office, pubs & restaurants are within 5 mins walk. Stunning countryside nearby includes Burrs Park & Kirklees trail. Manchester City Centre is accessible by tram/bus from Bury Interchange.

Upstairs a spacious landing offers seating, 4 en-suite TV bedrooms sleeping 9 with 2 zip/link beds enabling flexible sleeping. The top floor provides an additional TV lounge.

Central Knutsford

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

Chalet du Lac is a recently refurbished boutique Ski Chalet themed holiday home. With the Val D’Isere ski vibe running through the property you could think you were in the French Alps. This bespoke designer property has the wow factor in abundance. Situated looking down over Rudyard Lake the views are simply amazing. The very large south facing decked terrace has a sunken hot tub for you to chill out in and take in the fabulous views of the lake. It has its own private Tikki Bar to enjoy

A stone’s throw from Alexandra Park and very close to public transport providing easy access to the city centre in under 15 minutes. Take a break to explore and unwind 😊 I aim to offer a comfortable, well-equipped home that’s relaxed and lived-in. Just to set expectations: there will still be signs that I live in the house, like some of my belongings in a few storage areas. But I will aim to provide enough storage for the number of guests.
