All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

Our studio is light filled, high ceilinged, spacious and tranquil overlooking a beautiful garden and comprises a living area, loft bedroom (accessible by ladder) and private use bathroom. The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.

Centrally located in the vibrant East End of Newcastle, its the ideal base from which to explore the best of Newcastle! An easy walk to Newcastle and Nobby’s beach, as well as the harbour foreshore just across the road. So many good cafes, bars and restaurants an easy walk. The light rail stop is close, very convenient to head to the Civic Theatre for a show, or enjoy the West End restaurants and night life. A welcoming, cosy and quiet apartment with an inner city vibe!

‘Little Kilgour’ Guest House is perfectly located between the spectacular coastline, the ‘Eat Street’ precinct in Darby Street and The Junction Village boutiques, shops and cafes, all within walking distance. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.
