The Location - Great location in a quiet neighbourhood that is within walking distance from Newcastle CBD (3.5km), Honeysuckle restaurants (3km), Newcastle Beach (4.5km) and the Public Transport Interchange (2km). Within Carrington, this home is conveniently situated just 300m to shops, cafes, restaurants and with a great pub, 'The Criterion,' situated next door.
