Enjoy the privacy and views at our spacious Stockton Lakehouse. You will be minutes from the boat ramp and beach. Take a dip in the 8-person HOT TUB! This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 20! There is a fully stocked Kitchen and multiple seating and gathering spaces. The downstairs has a pool table, poker table, ping-pong table and more. Outside there is a fire pit with wood provided and a fenced puppy yard. Newly constructed in 2024; welcome to Sunny Side Cottage! This modern home features an open layout with full kitchen, coffee bar and living room. After your lake time, relax with a smart TV, fireplace, board games and patio. The master bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV and private bath. On the other side of the house there is a shared bathroom between a bedroom with a queen bed ( and smart TV) and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. The living room sofa converts to a queen sleeper as well.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes from Springfield international airport, 20 minutes from Stockton Lake for fishing boating and recreational beaches also 30 minutes from world-renowned Bass Pro Shops. You can get to Branson Missouri in 45-65 minutes take in the show or cruise Branson Belle or visit Silver Dollar City. then come back to your quaint cottage and relax and rest for the rest of the evening.
