Our stable is a self-contained annexe in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, halfway between London and Oxford and only a short drive from the M40. Refurbished in 2024, it has everything you'd need for a weekend away or a longer break, with three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate utility room and garden. It's a stylish, modern space for you to enjoy with friends, family or just by yourself.

Located with a parking space in a secure, gated courtyard just moments from the town centre of Princes Risborough.

Relax in The Hideaway in Horsleys Green in the Chilterns! West of London, half an hour from Oxford and Windsor, close to Marlow and Henley upon Thames, set in the beautiful Chilterns countryside. Heathrow is 45 mins away (more in rush hour). There is a bus to High Wycombe and Thame. It is a stunning area with lots of gorgeous walks, bike rides, views and wildlife to enjoy. Stokenchurch (1.5 miles) has all necessary amenities. Plenty of pubs and restaurants with great food a short drive away.

Little Acorn private guest annexe near Oxford

Little Acorn is the annexe to Acorn Cottage, dating from 1650 beside 12thc Grade 1 church, own gate into churchyard, footpaths to farmland. Half mile from M40 and Ridgeway track. Buses to/from Oxford/London 24 hours. Fast wifi, flatscreen TV (via internet) large shower and patio with views. Tea/coffee/kettle and fridge. Parking on drive. Light sensors. No dogs, no smoking/vaping please, even in the garden! No shop in village!!! Two working cocker spaniels on site.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

It offers peace and tranquility to anyone wanting some time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and is the perfect location for walking and exploring the surrounding areas.

Princes Risborough, 3 Double Bedrooms, Big Garden

This is our lovely end-terraced Edwardian house where you can enjoy country walks in the Chilterns, go for bike rides, or have a BBQ in the beautiful garden. The house is just a short walk from the train station in the medieval market town of Princes Risborough. We have private parking for one car and bicycles are available for the guests to use. The house is ideal for max 4 grown-ups, your pet can be brought on request.

Welcome to a modern guest suite with its own entrance in the heart of the Chiltern Hills. A great location with stunning views but easily accessible to the local towns and villages and 8 minutes from the M40. The suite was completed in September 2025 allowing you a home from home experience. You have your own private outdoor space with access to a wider landscaped garden set in one and quarter acres of grounds.
