Charming stone villa "Silva"

Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Visit us in Ston - a small town of rich culture heritage and stunning nature, surrounded by the city walls. Read a book on the terrace surrounded by flowers, take a swim in one of stunning nearby bays, take a long walk in nature... or simply taste far known Pelješac 's wines and enjoy in our great gastronomy! :) We provide free parking in the centre of Ston - all we need is a license plate number and the name of the country before you park the car.

Quests can use terrace, outside grill and summer kitchen. Apartment is well equipped and 5 minutes walking from the sea/beach. Broce village has sea food restaurant but groceries must be purchased in Ston.

House is isolated, far away from the city and people, surrounded by green rose-mari es, blue sea and blue white sky. Mediterranean atmosphere scents of plants and the colors of environment. Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).
