Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville & less than 10 min from the MTSU Miller coliseum. Our 1000 sq ft deck w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace and seating areas.Our suite is furnished w/a king size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed,tv & chair.We also have a 98” TV for amazing movie watching.

The Battle Ground Bungalow is near Medical Center Parkway where there is shopping, restaurants, and is also a stones throw from the Stones River Battlefield National Park. This home offers a private back deck for your relaxing time. There is room to spread out with your friends or kids. The Cozy Studio in The 'Boro

Our Cozy Studio is a 1 bed/bath and full kitchen with everything you may need for a stay and it is spacious for a sólo or a couple trip, nicely decorated and furnished to make your stay comfortable. It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.
