Guests are invited to unwind on the wraparound porch (May-October). Off-street parking is available for one car. Close to I-75, 80/90 and Rt 24. Sleeps 4 (ages 7 and up) and is not handicap accessible due to stairs.

The house is clean and smells like it, and all the fixtures work. Washer and dryer includes soap pods. There are 4 actual beds with extra pillows and blankets, so no futons, pull-outs, air mattresses, drafty corners or climbing over sleeping kids. There's even a work station.
