Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.

The cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard and is perfectly situated, having great access to Exmoor, North and South Devon beaches, whilst being only 15 minutes’ drive from the M5. But best of all it is the perfect place for a quiet, “away-from-it all” break.

North and South Devon coast within easy reach and just over 30 mins from Exeter. Bridle path for walks close by and on the edge of Exmoor. The Threshing Barn is located in the heart of the village of Knowstone, on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon. Located close to the Two Moors Way between Dartmoor and Exmoor. Well behaved dog welcome (£30 fee); additional dog by agreement.
