Available year-round, this cottage sleeps up to 5 (queen bed on the main level, 2 twin on a short loft & sofa-bed. It has all the modern amenities, with kitchen, bathroom, linens, BBQ. Breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence Seaway from this river side house among mature trees, lawns and perennial gardens. Adirondack mountain views, picturesque sunrises and sunsets. 60’ dock and 350’ of pristine waterfront on a private island with road/bridge access situated on more than two acres. Fantastic fishing for musky, walleye, bass, pike, perch and carp. Two kayaks and its great for swimming. It's a cottage, there is some minor wear and tear to the bathroom vanities and south side wood siding.
