Wir sind in der Nähe vom Engadin Bad Scuol, Freibad, Bergbahn (Wander-/Skigebiet), Nationalparkregion und Samnaun (Zollfrei). Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Sommer können zahlreiche Wanderungen und Biketouren ab der Ferienwohnung unternommen werden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.

The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im OG ist für 4 Personen geeignet. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, das Cheminee im Wohnbereich kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 6 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von dem angrenzenden Balkon gibt es einen traumhaften Blick nach Süden in die Berge.
