The apartment A three bedroom apartment, with kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor of a beautiful urban villa, a national monument in the heart of the medieval city of Maastricht. In the kitchen there will be food to provide for your own breakfast for the first morning. Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Hammo is een prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelaars en fietsers. De villa is bijzonder geschikt voor koppels of groepen tot 10 personen en beschikt over alle voorzieningen en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Vrijwel elke kamer heeft zijn ensuite badkamer met douche, en toilet. De bijzonder ruime living (70m2) en bosrijke tuin geven deze locatie een extra troef. In de afgesloten garage kan je de fietsen veilig stallen. Ham ligt op een boogscheut van Hasselt, Beringen, Leuven en Antwerpen.

Havre de paix pour les personnes en quête de détente et de découvertes. Située entre Bruxelles et les Ardennes, et proche des autoroutes, c'est le point de départ idéal de nombreuses excursions en voiture, ou en vélo avec le Sud Limbourg tout proche. Gare à 750 mètres. Arrêt de bus à 300 mètres. Pas de boîte à clé ici.
