Hello! I’m Eric and welcome to my newly constructed, beautiful guest suite located in the newest neighborhood in Hanford. You are just a hop skip and a jump from shopping and dining. About 2 miles from Adventist health hospital. This is a guest suite attached to main house. There may be other guests in the main house during your stay. So there might be noise heard on both sides as both spaces share a wall. Please be mindful of noise especially during quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Thank you.

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.
