Park Hill Pod Farm Stay Tiny House

Welcome to Park Hill Pod, a beautiful spot in nature. Set on an authentic farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, the Pod is spacious yet cosy. It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private. Idyllic shepherds hut in heart of Cotswolds

In the heart of the Cotswolds in an idyllic peaceful rural location. Within this craftsman built shepherds hut is a cosy king-size bed, wood burning stove and comfortable seating area. In a separately appointed hand crafted hut is a fully fitted shower room, loo and kitchenette including fridge. Outside seating area, decking, gas BBQ and fire pit with outstanding views across the Cotswolds. All bed linen and towels are included and charging facilities. The perfect country escape.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Situated on a farm, this luxury shepherd hut is unique with views of fields. Fully fitted to a very high specification and interior designed. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo within the hut for comfort and privacy. Very cosy.

There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests & business people.
