The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Tiny house & Sauna on Lakefront Farm Oasis

Tiny House overlooking lake & farm! Your own enclosed yard for your pup, a 18 hole disc golf course AND we AN AMAZING BUBBLE SAUNA overlooking our wetland on the way to the lake & cold plunges. Ski it, bike it or beach it across the valley and come home for a swim in our private lake and a sunset sweat in our barrel sauna. Please note: Full washroom is in adjacent building under the ‘red light’. We have an EV charger. 15 min from Courtenay, 25 from Cumberland and 35 min from the mountain.

Beautifully renovated home in Garden Bay nestled in the trees overlooking Pender Harbour and beyond! This space offers a family friendly space, with access to many trails and outdoor adventures that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Walking distance to Hotel Lake with floating docks and easy entry points for kayaking. A short drive away to Katherine Lake, Garden Bay Lake and Ruby Lake, as well as Pender Harbour Golf Course, and Mount Daniel - an excellent hiking spot with breathtaking views.

You'll have the entire lower floor of our split level house to yourself - a full suite complete with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and outdoor patio area. We've got everything you need to have a peaceful and relaxing stay with us. So much within walking distance. 300 meters to the Puntledge River's wooded trails, swimming holes and tubing. Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries.
