Calm Stay with Sea View

Άνετη, φωτεινή μονοκατοικία για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια ή παρέες, ιδανική για ξεκούραση μετά από μια μέρα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση- 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια- από τη θάλασσα σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή μέσα σε δέντρα και φύση.Η Ασπροβάλτα για βραδινές βόλτες απέχει 10 λεπτά ενώ οι ακτές της Καβάλας μόλις 15 λεπτά. Στην αυλή υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης και ένας κήπος με δέντρα και φυτά. Ακόμη οι επισκέπτες έχουν σταθερά πρόσβαση σε γρήγορο ίντερνετ ( πανω απο 100Mbps) σε ολόκληρο το κατάλυμα.

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

The beach is very close on foot. The main square of village with markets and restaurants is only 7 minutes' drive.
