Dachgeschoss-Loft Leonberg klimatisiert und Pool

Die großzügige und helle Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss (100 m²) bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage hat ein Doppelbett und ein Kinderbett für 2 Kinder. Das Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage verfügt zusätzlich über eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch. Zur Mitbenutzung steht unser Garten mit Pool (Saison Mitte Mai-Sept.) Trampolin, großer Wiese zum Fußballspielen, Feuerschale und Grill zur Verfügung. Wir befinden uns genau zwischen Regensburg und dem Oberpfälzer Seenland (ca. 20 km).

Lernt die Region wie ein Einheimischer kennen. Diese gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem Ferienpark im bayerischen Wald. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Shops und touristischen Ausflugszielen. Regionale Insidertipps gibts von mir inklusive. Verbringt eine romantische Zeit in den Wäldern und findet zur Ruhe. Der holzbefeuerte Kamin lädt ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Bringt gerne auch eure pelzigen Freunde mit, auch sie sind herzlich willkommen!

Unser Hof bietet einen 15 m Naturschwimmteich und liegt in absoluter Alleinlage am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes "Höllbachtal", zwischen Regensburg, Cham und Straubing gelegen. Bei uns finden Sie Ruhe, wunderschöne Natur, herzliche Atmosphäre und ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Unsere beiden Galeriewohnungen mit Kaminofen und Zirbenbetten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem bieten wir gegen Aufpreis Sauna und med. Massagen. Damit die Ruhe gewährleistet ist, nehmen wir nur 2 Gäste pro Wohnung.

Lehne Dich zurück und entspanne Dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus liegt unmittelbar am Steinmassiv des Großen Pfahl und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren, Wintersport, Besuch von Burganlagen, Freizeit- und Erlebnisparks. Die Riedbach-Lodge 1 ist neu und bietet Platz für 4 (5)Personen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, ein vollausgestattetes kleines Appartement für 2 Pers. direkt am Ferienhaus, bei Anreise einer Gruppe oder Großfamilie zuzubuchen!

Frisch renoviertes Apartement, liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, ein Mix aus Space Age und Minimalismus. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

The space is quite big, 110 square meters, the warm tropical wood floor with the fireplace in combination with the modern furniture will make you feel at home. It is the perfect destination for holiday or business traveler(2 desks available)and everyone can enjoy the 1.600 square meters garden, outdoor pool (May 1st-Sept. 1st),sauna,hot tub,infrared cabin.

Relaxation in summer or rather in winter? You have the choice: skiing, hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing? All year round you can swim, sauna, wellness and of course hike for FREE with us. Pools as well as games and sports facilities can be found both indoors and outdoors. A highlight of the apartment with terrace is the large kitchen with kitchen block, fully equipped with a Miele stove and oven, a large fridge with freezer and all the kitchen utensils your heart desires.

Time out in the middle of meadows and nature.

Own mobility is absolutely essential! 42m² attic apartment in a very quiet location in the Bavarian Forest. Ideal as a starting point for excursions, hikes, bike tours. But you can also just enjoy the location and the garden. The apartment is on the 1st floor (attic) and can be reached via the common front door and the stairwell. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a kitchen with a dining table, sink, refrigerator and two hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Sit back and relax - in this quiet and stylish accommodation. Here you can take care of yourselves. The interior is modern and at the same time furnished with lots of wood and natural materials. It invites you to rest and relax! With the cast-iron fireplace, the large wellness bath with colored whirlpool tub and the rustic outdoor sauna in the beautifully landscaped garden, you can relax here in our beautiful house in the Niederbay. Vilstal and let go of the hectic everyday life!

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Es ist ein Wellnessbereich mit Innen- und Außenpool, Sauna und Fitnessraum vorhanden. Dazu Wandern, Biken, im Winter noch Ski & Rodeln in wunderschöner Natur - die perfekte Auszeit für alle!
