Welcome to Haven in the Trees! I am grateful to share my little piece of joy with you and yours. You will be staying in a lovely warm comfortable studio complete with a wee fridge, microwave and all you need to enjoy a light meal. You can relax outside on a private deck absorbing the sounds and sights of nature or you can take a five minute walk into the quaint village of Twain Harte where you can enjoy an espresso, many delicious restaurants and unique shops. Camp Earnest King Yurt in Twain Harte

Welcome to Camp Earnest, a 21 acre former summer camp tucked into the Sierras in northern California, about 140 miles east of SF. You'll be staying in one of our brand new cozy yurts tucked into the trees and the hillside. Camp Earnest sits in a ponderosa, cedar and manzanita forest, with light snow in the winter and mild summers. We have a year round creek and hikes right off our property. Nearby are Dodge Ridge Ski Area, Pinecrest Lake, Calaveras Big Trees SP & Yosemite NP.

Hot tub time machine in the Sierras

Escape to The Chalet Getaway - a 1970s cabin that waits to wrap you in warm vintage vibes. The 20 foot bow front windows provide great views of the surrounding blue skies and beautiful trees. The large deck is a front row seat to the bountiful sights and sounds of nature, and is perfect for stargazing from the hot tub. Connect with loved ones in this cozy, nostalgic setting. 10 minutes to stunning Pinecrest Lake, 15 to Dodge Ridge. Surrounded by loads of fun outdoor activities.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft from room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

This three-bedroom, two bath mountain sanctuary is located just above the Stanislaus River in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Elevation 5,000 feet. The cabin is a short walk from the Old Strawberry bridge and several forest trails.
